Transcripts

Official transcripts are required for all college coursework, except from Foothill College and/or DeAnza College.  The reason for this is to ensure the applicant meets the 2.0 cumulative GPA requirement.  E-transcripts are preferred.  Make sure that your name is the same at your colleges and Foothill.  It is important to also check the spelling to ensure your transcripts are properly assigned to your file.  You should receive a receipt when you order e-transcripts.  Be sure to keep the receipt as proof of your order.  If your school(s) do not offer e-transcripts, hard copies can be mailed to Foothill College Admissions and Records.  All transcripts must be received postmarked by March 1st if hard copies are mailed and received by March 1st if e-copies are sent.

International Transcripts only need to be evaluated and submitted if any of the courses are being used to meet prerequisite or general education requirements. 

The transcripts must have final grades on them to be considered.  If a prerequisite course is being completed in fall quarter/semester, make sure the grade is on the transcript prior to submitting them.
